GDPR: How we handle your personal data

Last updated: 18 August 2026

At Eztablisher, we work with B2B meeting booking, market research and sales development. Part of our work involves identifying and contacting relevant decision-makers and other professionals at companies.

This also means that we process personal data.

Here, we explain in simple terms why we may have your contact details, where they may come from, why we are allowed to process them and what you can do if you do not want to be contacted.

This page is a simplified explanation. Full information about our processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Why does Eztablisher have my contact details?

If you have been contacted by Eztablisher, it is normally because we have assessed that, based on your professional role, you may be a relevant contact person for a company that we or one of our clients wish to get in touch with.

When we work on behalf of a client, the client usually decides which types of companies or target groups are relevant. Eztablisher can then identify relevant decision-makers and other contact persons within those companies.

We primarily process information related to your professional role, such as:

  • your name
  • your job title
  • the company you work for
  • your work-related phone number
  • your work-related email address.

We strive to ensure that the contact has a clear connection to your professional role.

Where do my details come from?

Contact details can come from several different sources.

Among other things, we use publicly available business information, companies’ own websites, public registers and professional networks. We may also use providers of business and contact information and receive relevant data from our clients.

We do not intentionally process sensitive personal data as part of our B2B prospecting.

Is Eztablisher allowed to contact me without my consent?

Consent is not the only legal basis for processing personal data under the GDPR.

Our B2B prospecting and meeting booking are normally based on legitimate interest. This means that the processing must be preceded by an assessment in which the interest in establishing a relevant business contact is weighed against your interests, rights and freedoms.

Relevant factors in that assessment include the professional context of the contact, the data being processed and whether the contact can reasonably be expected to be relevant to your professional role.

Legitimate interest does not mean that personal data may be used however we like. The processing must still be necessary, proportionate and compliant with the GDPR.

And above all: you have the right to say no.

I don’t want to be contacted. What do I do?

You have the right to object at any time to your personal data being used for direct marketing.

If you do not want your data to be processed for such contact, you can say so directly to the person contacting you or reach us at:

info@eztablisher.com
010-551 68 70

Please include your name, company and the contact detail concerned so that we can identify the correct data and handle your request.

Once we have received an objection to direct marketing, your personal data will no longer be processed for the purpose covered by the objection. In some cases, limited data may need to be kept to ensure that your objection is respected.

What other rights do I have?

The GDPR gives you several rights. Depending on the circumstances, you may, among other things, have the right to:

Access your data

You can request information about what personal data we process about you and how it is used.

Correct your data

If any data is inaccurate or incomplete, you can request that it be corrected.

Request deletion

Under certain conditions, you can request that your personal data be deleted.

Restrict processing

In some situations, you can request that processing be restricted, for example while a question about the accuracy of the data is being investigated.

Object to processing

You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. For direct marketing, the right to object is unconditional.

Receive certain data

When the conditions for data portability are met, you may have the right to receive certain personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Withdraw consent

If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the consent was withdrawn.

How to exercise your rights

Contact us at info@eztablisher.com and tell us what your request concerns.

We will handle your request without undue delay and within the time limits set by the GDPR. To protect your personal data, we may need to verify your identity before disclosing information or carrying out certain actions.

Exercising your rights is normally free of charge.

When Eztablisher works for a client

Among other things, Eztablisher carries out meeting booking and market research on behalf of other companies.

How responsibility for the personal data is allocated depends on the processing in question and how the assignment is structured. In some situations, Ez Sales Group AB is the data controller for the processing. In other situations, we may process personal data on the instructions of a client and thereby act as a data processor.

If your question concerns a particular contact or a specific assignment, we will help you identify who is responsible for the processing in question.

How do we protect your data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we process.

Access to personal data is limited to those who need it for their work, and the systems and suppliers we use are subject to the data protection and security requirements relevant to the processing.

More information about, among other things, retention periods, recipients, transfers outside the EU/EEA, cookies and our processing of data on the website can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints

If you believe that your personal data is being processed in breach of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

You are also welcome to contact us first. That way, we can look into what has happened and help you with your question.
